Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the shipping box provided, ensuring all original labels are included.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the pre-paid return shipping label generated by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier point and retain your receipt to track the progress of your return back to our Italian headquarters.
